Volunteer Opportunities

Let's face it, donated labor and volunteers make the world go 'round. As with most nonprofit organizations, the Rescue Mission of Salt Lake and its sister facility, the Women's Center, really do need the tremendous help offered by volunteers.

We need:

1. Groups and individuals to help serve our evening meal to the homeless. This is perfect for youth groups, church groups, business groups and families. To schedule a time, contact the Mission's House Manager, Don Hill, at 801-355-1302.

If you are under 18 years of age - or are bringing someone under 18 - please download the pdfMinors Volunteer Release Form, fill it out and bring it with you to your scheduled service time.

2. Groups and individuals to help with building upkeep such as painting, cleaning and yard work. Contact Don Hill at 801-355-1302 for more information.

The King will reply, "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."
Matthew 25:40

You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.
Galatians 5:13
